​Have you ever dreamed of becoming a professional Chef, Pastry Chef, or Sommelier? College of the Canyon's Institute for Culinary Education (iCUE) is the perfect place to help turn that dream into a reality! The culinary arts program takes three semesters* to complete. The baking & pastry arts program takes two semesters* to complete. While the wine studies program takes three semesters* to complete. Hospitality careers are in demand. Here at Institute for Culinary Education (iCUE), we offer 3 certificates: a Baking & Pastry Certificate, a Culinary Arts Certificate, and a Wine Studies Certificate as well as an AS Degree in Culinary Arts (coming soon).
